Our Story.
After years of founding and managing small and large companies, we realized that although most of the work and communication is done digitally, we, as managers, were still using intuition and subjective methods to evaluate the performance of our teams and employees.
We realized something was broken.
Companies spend enormous budgets and hundred of hours on performance management but with the lack of structured and objective data, and the lack of smart insights – the process relies heavily on subjective opinions and inconsistent methods that varies from one manager to another.
